The NQA ITS for approved providers and services

The NQA ITS has been developed as the online administrative system for the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Once registered, providers use the NQA ITS to view records, submit applications and notifications, and pay invoices.

Providers meet their administrative obligations under the NQF by using the NQA ITS portal. An approved provider may also arrange access to the NQA ITS for educators who administer these tasks, e.g. a nominated supervisor.

Technical support is available to assist with the set up and use of the NQA ITS. To find out more about registering for the NQA ITS, visit ACECQA’s website to view a step-by-step guide on the registration process.

The NQA ITS for regulatory authorities

Regulatory authorities use the NQA ITS to create and access records for approved providers and services in their jurisdiction.

The data contained in the NQA ITS provides information that helps the ECU to fulfil its functions as a regulatory authority.
